1-1 Coaching Sessions

Working with me is about transformation at the deepest level. My one-to-one coaching packages are designed to meet you exactly where you are, empowering you to take radical responsibility for your life while cultivating self-love, body ownership, and personal freedom.

Step 1: Discovery Call


We’ll begin with a complimentary discovery call to explore your goals, intentions, and any challenges you're facing. This is an opportunity for us to connect and ensure we’re a perfect fit to work together.

 

Step 2: Customised Coaching Plan


Once we’re aligned, I’ll create a tailored coaching plan specific to your needs and aspirations. My approach is flexible—there are no rigid rules, only a framework to guide you towards the results you desire. You’ll have full support as we explore mindset shifts, body awareness, and any obstacles in your path.

 

Step 3: Transformative Coaching Sessions


In our one-to-one sessions, we’ll dive deep into your coaching  journey,  breaking through limiting beliefs and take back ownership of your life. Sessions are conducted virtually or in-person depending on your location and preference.

 

Step 4: Ongoing Support


Between sessions, you’ll receive ongoing support from me, including check-ins and access to additional resources when needed. I’m here to guide you, but ultimately, this is your journey, and I’m here to walk it with you as you take the steps forward.
